BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND - YES IT'S GRIDWORK WITH THE INSPIRATIONAL CHARLOTTE RIDLEY.  LIMITED PLACES SO BOOK EARLY!!

Suitable for ALL - from those of you who want to jump 50cm to the members who'd like to reach for the stars....    

Format: Groups of 3/4 for an hour.

Heights:  50-60cm, 70-80cm, 90-100cm, 100cm+   Heights are for guidance ONLY - if you would rather jump 60/70, 80/90 etc please indicate that on the booking form.

Cost: £30-00 per person.  Payment by cheque or BACS - see entry form for details.

Dress code: Smart casual -  back protectors are recommended for jumping and hair nets MUST BE WORN

Please note:  There will be no refund of entry/training fees after the closing date, other than if the event is cancelled.

If this training is oversubscribed priority may be given to members who have volunteered to help at club events or at an Area 2 event on behalf of CDRC.
